塗装工場では、下塗工程で、極めて錆に強いカチオン電着塗装を採用、水溶性塗料を陽極（＋）、被塗装物を陰極（ー）とし、直流電圧（約220Ｖ）を印加し、塗膜を形成させます。塗着効率は95％以上で 錆の進行を妨げ、電着後の焼付乾燥は、180℃で30分、膜厚は約25ミクロンとなります。

下塗完成品については、鈑金加工時の溶接跡やキズなどを補修、塗装前に塗料の付着性を良くするための素地調整をして、上塗工程へ流しています。

上塗工程では、顧客からの指定色を、メラミン樹脂にて吹付、焼付乾燥 を130℃で30分で膜厚約40ミクロンを塗布します。また、環境に配慮して、節水式とクローズド式を採用。水洗いの給水量を減らし、バーナーで塗装排水を蒸発させて水蒸気と廃液に分離し、廃液は産業廃棄物として処分しており、一切、外部に排水を流していません。

生産 塗装

Cathodic electrodeposition coating which is very strong against rust is used in the first coating process at the painting factory . A paint film is formed by impressing direct current voltage(about 220V) to water soluble coating, which is anode(+), and the products to be painted, which is cathode(－). Coating efficiency is more than 95%, and the paint film, which prevent rusting, will be about 25 microns in thickness with bake drying for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180℃ after electro deposition.
After the first coating, traces of the welding and other scratches on products caused in the sheet metal process, are wended so that to increase adhesiveness of coating. In the finishing coating process, products are sprayed with customer specific color and then bake dried for 30 minutes at a temperature of 130℃ to make the coating in 40 microns thickness.
Additionally, a water-saving type and a closed type are adopted in consideration of environment in the painting factory. The amount of water supply for washing is reduced, paint drainage is evaporated by a burner to be separated into vapor and waste fluid. The waste fluid is disposed as industrial waste, therefore any drainage is never flow out of the factory.
